Background:
This event should be filed when you want to withdraw a Transfer of Claim. If the claim is listed on the claim register, the claim number will be needed for step #8.
Step-by-Step Procedures:

Select [Bankruptcy>Claim Actions]

Enter case number and click Next

Select Withdrawal of Transfer of Claim(s) from event pick list and click Next

Select Party from party pick list or Add/create new party and click Next
The Attorney/Party Association screen may display. If it does, click here.

A following screen will appear, click Next
Reminder: This event should ONLY be used if you are Withdrawing a Transfer of Claim.
If you are withdrawing a claim or any other document, please, back up and select the correct event.

The Claims Options Screen will display
A Claim Noticing Agent is a 3rd party hired by the debtor or trustee to process claims and send notices on large cases.
Please check front of docket. If Claims Notice Agent flag exists, you must select that option.
Please select the correct option for your claim.
- Select the appropriate radio button
- Click Next

Follow the instructions below:
If Claim Filed on Court Register is selected
If Claim listed on Schedule
or
Claims/Noticing Agent is selected
The Claims Selection Screen will display
- Select claim(s) from list
- Click Next
Go to step #9
- Click Browse, View and Attach
- Click Next

Select the appropriate Transfer of Claim to which your event relates, Click Next

Click Next again

If you receive a Stop Message, back up and select the correct radio button. If not, go to step #14

If Claim listed on Schedule or Claims / Noticing agent is selected, if not go to step 15

Enter the name of the Claimant (Required)

Click Next

Click Next again

The Final Text Screen will display. This is your final opportunity to review before submitting the filing
- Verify the information is correct, if correct
- Click Next to complete filing process
The Notice of Electronic Filing will display. It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case. You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
